In Dubai, our state-of-the-art office complex is just minutes away from the Dubai World Trade Center in the heart of the city. With views stretching out to the Arabian Gulf, it’s impossible not to be inspired.
We also inhabit a vast 80,000 square foot warehouse across the city in Dubai Investment Park, ideally located just off of Sheikh Zayed Road.

Having studied Civil Engineering at the United Kingdom’s North East Surrey College of Technology, Omar began his career as a property developer in the mid-1980s – specialising in high-end homes throughout West London. Omar’s career changed direction in 1991 when he moved to the UAE to take a business development position in the sales department of EMA Lubricants - a joint-venture with Exxon Mobil. Just four years later in 1995, Omar launched his own business – Top Gear Promotions LLC – with his current business partner Alexander Maddock. Fast-forward to 2017 and that business – now known simply as TGP – is the region’s foremost exhibitions and events solution provider, having executed over 2000 successfully delivered projects locally, regionally and internationally.
After graduating with a BA in accountancy and finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Sagar gained accreditation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Accumulating years of experience in the auditing and management consulting sector, he brings rich expertise in business process re-engineering, financial modelling, restructuring and auditing. Sagar’s primarily focus is on efficient implementation of financial and operating strategies at TGP.
With a BA in architecture and a decade of experience in the field, Sadaf has a deep technical understanding of the exhibition industry and uses her expert eye for detail and her visual marketing savvy to turn clients’ dreams into extraordinary exhibition stands. Relishing the pressure of any deadline, Sadaf and her highly-skilled team are always prepared and never compromise on quality. In her time at TGP, Sadaf has formed close bonds with a range of clients that include GE Healthcare, DIC, Emaar, Dubai South, Eagle Hills and Cleveland Clinics.
Syed Sufian’s PMP training, PMI membership and diploma in civil draftsmanship are the perfect foundation for his highly technical production role at TGP. With many years of experience working in fast-paced industries, Syed knows how vital it is to be constantly pushing for improvements in terms of quality, cost and delivery. It’s a message he instils in his team on a daily basis, ensuring they always deliver to a high standard – on time and on budget.
Javed Nail is an exhibitions specialist with over eight years of industry experience. His expertise encompasses client servicing, project management, operations, logistics and project cycles. Day-to-day, Javed liaises with clients, colleagues and suppliers to deliver a high-quality and professional service on time, every time. Through this work, he has built lasting relationships with global clients in China, Europe, and Africa, as well as UAE-based entities such as Dubai Internet City, Dubai Tourism, GE Healthcare, RTA, Etihad Airways and many more.
With over 30 years of experience as a bespoke signage and architectural metalwork professional, David’s level of expertise speaks for itself. Focused on efficient delivery of large-scale projects, David runs the day-to-day signage operations at TGP, responsible for budgetary planning, procurement, delivery and client liaison. David is hugely influential in defining the TGP company direction and has formed key alliances with developers (including ALDAR and EMAAR) as well as contractors, consultants and architects such as Arabtec, Nahkeel and RSP.
Sandeep is a computer applications graduate from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He is responsible for ensuring the high level of performance, productivity and efficiency of the TGP graphics department. Sandeep and his team work closely with clients (from design brief right through to installation) in order to deliver incredible artwork to any scale in any format.
Delivering the big picture with a meticulous eye for fine detail is Ayman’s specialty. An award-winning event manager, he takes complex client requirements and transforms them into beautifully creative concepts. Ayman brings a depth of knowledge to functions of any size and with the help of his expert team, delivers truly professional events. Over his 12 years in the events and exhibitions sector, Ayman has worked with many prestigious organisations including Masdar, Aldar, TCA AbuDhabi, Al Jalila Foundation, FedEx, and Etisalat.
Along with PMP certification and a masters of architecture (specialising in urban design, PM, lighting and landscape), Naame is also a member of the Society of Engineers UAE. Leading a diverse team of architects, engineers and specialist consultants, Naame boasts two decades of experience and her portfolio includes multiple large-scale, high-end projects including buildings, residential, hotels, malls, commercial and infrastructure.
Shanmuganathan has over ten years of experience in both technical and leadership positions in the HSE industry. With a strong passion for health, safety and environment (HSE), he assists management on a daily basis with expert advice and support to ensure that HSE remains an integral part of the organisation – equal in priority to operations and profitability. He holds multiple diplomas (including occupational safety, health and environment management, construction safety, and more) as well as two UK professional safety certifications from NEBOSH IGC and IOSH.
Fittingly for a logistics manager, Manjit’s work has taken him around the world. Educated in both India and the States, he spent five years as a ground supervisor for Delta Air Lines in the US, and three years as a fleet manager for Amritsar International Airport in India. Trained in both aviation and fire safety, he’s primarily responsible for transport and facility management.
