Our Team

Alex James Maddock

Co-Founder & Managing Director 

Upon completing school at age 17, Alex Maddock had one desire, and that was to work in the city of London. By 19, he had passed the Financial Intermediaries Members & Brokers Regulatory Association exam to become one of its youngest members to trade financial instruments. Having weathered the 1987 Black Monday crash, however, Alex became disillusioned with London life and in 1990 decided to head overseas. His first port of call was Melbourne, Australia, where he quickly established himself in the advertising scene. But it wouldn’t be long before destiny and an entrepreneurial drive would land him in Dubai and the eventual founding of TGP – now the leading events solutions company in the region. Twenty years on, it feels as though the journey is still just beginning.

Mariusz Andrzejak

Vice President of Operations 

Mariusz holds a BA in Marketing Management from the College of Communication and Management as well as a master’s degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Pozan University of Technology.

Mariusz comes to TGP with a wide range of experience in the exhibition industry. From previously working for the Dubai World Trade Centre as a Director of Operations for Exhibitions and Event Management. He currently serves as a Vice President of Operations at TGP.

Michal Hansen

Division Head of Exhibitions & Events 

Michal holds two BA’s from the University of Washington in Entrepreneur-ship & International Business. Prior to relocation to Dubai, he worked for some of the largest fortunes of 500 companies in the U.S. such as but not limited to Microsoft and Amazon. Michal has managed teams large and small across the Real Estate, Hospitality and Marketing Environment fields. He currently serves as a Director of Exhibitions at TGP.

Sagar P. Chandiramani

Strategic Consultant

After graduating with a BA in accountancy and finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Sagar gained accreditation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Accumulating years of experience in the auditing and management consulting sector, he brings rich expertise in business process re-engineering, financial modelling, restructuring and auditing. Sagar’s primarily focus is on efficient implementation of financial and operating strategies at TGP. 

Ayman Daher

Head of Events 

Ayman holds a BA in Event Management from EMDI. He has been involved in many events in the UAE for the past 11 years such as but not limited to Expo 2020 Youth Connect, Mohammed Bin Rashed School of Government Graduation, ADNOC long service Awards, EGA National Day, and Etihad Airways National day. He has led events to success in his time in the industry. Ayman currently serves as The Head of Events at TGP.
